For Rachael, real estate is about far more than buying and selling homes. Her approach combines real estate strategy, financial insight, design, property ownership experience, and a genuine commitment to helping clients make smart decisions—both during a transaction and long after closing.

Born and raised in Alameda, Rachael is a Bay Area native with deep roots in the communities she serves. As a Mexican-American woman, she is also proud to have built a woman-owned and Latina-owned real estate business centered around service, relationships, and community.

Rachael attended the University of California, Berkeley, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance in 2004. Her career began in the mortgage industry during San Francisco’s startup boom, giving her an early foundation in finance, client service, and market dynamics. She later worked as a Production Manager for a lifestyle and hospitality brand before ultimately bringing those experiences together in real estate.

Having lived and worked in Los Angeles, Atlanta, and San Francisco before returning to her Bay Area roots, Rachael brings a broad perspective to her work. As a rental property owner and hands-on home renovator herself, she also understands firsthand the financial and emotional realities of property ownership—and how to see a home not simply for what it is today, but for what it could become.
